Fees, Payments & Refunds

- Late payments may incur fees as described in your enrollment contract.

Attendance & Withdrawals
- Families are expected to follow posted school hours, attendance policies, and pick-up/drop-off procedures.
- Withdrawals require written notice in accordance with the school’s withdrawal policy.
- LOK reserves the right to terminate enrollment for non-payment, repeated policy violations, or concerns related to safety and compliance with California Title 22 regulations.
Health & Safety
- Parents must disclose all relevant health information and provide up-to-date immunization records before enrollment.
- LOK reserves the right to exclude children from care if health and safety standards are not met.
- Emergency medical procedures will follow the signed agreements in your enrollment packet.
Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from LOK, including:
- Phone calls, emails, and SMS/text messages regarding enrollment, emergencies, events, or updates.
- You may opt out of non-essential communications by following the instructions provided in our Privacy Policy.
SMS Terms and Conditions
